注射胶料结构系统优缺点说明

①  直立式注射油压缸型 (vertical type injection cylinder)

     1-1. 优点(strong point)：注射的精度好控制 (injection precision easy)

                     活塞不易磨损 ( cylinder pistion don’t easy wear)

                     注射杆头不易磨损 (injection head don’t easy wear)

     1-2. 缺点(defect point)：因直立式高度比其它形式高(the machine more higher the others)

②  V型注射方式与直立式注射方式大致相同(V type injection with vertical type injection same fuction )

③ 直立式双注射油压缸型 (vertical type twice injection cylinder )

     3-1. 优点(strong point)：注射油压缸高度可减低些 (the cylinder more lower than (1)

     3-2. 缺点(defect point)：由于双组注射油压缸,注射时左右会产生不平衡,

                      致左右油压缸活塞易磨损还有螺杆入胶口高度会更高些(because of twice cylinder , and not easy same time  to do injection , and it will be easy wear and broken down.)

④  水平式(卧式)注射系统(horizontal type injection cylinder)

     4-1. 优点(strong point)：可降低高度 (the machine more lower than others)

     4-2. 缺点(defect point)：A. 水平式注射系统,注胶时经90°角转入模具

                           会减少注射压力及控制精度(the  rubber injection need 90 °bending to mold , it will reduce the injection  control precision)

                      B. 注射油缸活塞左右作动作,活塞圆柱及油缸内圆易磨损

                         变成椭圆型至一段时间产生注射压力内泄压,注胶量精度不准确

(it easy to make the pistion wear and change as oval ,and oil leakage & reduce injection precision)
